Spanwise was created by a board-certified internal medicine physician practicing in the longevity space. Our mission is simple: provide independent, accurate information so you can make informed decisions about your health.

We've chosen to remain anonymous deliberately. The wellness industry is saturated with physician influencers whose recommendations often drift toward whatever pays—sponsorships, affiliate deals, branded supplements. Anonymity removes those incentives. We have nothing to sell you and no personal brand to build.

What we offer instead is careful research, honest assessments, and the perspective of someone who actually orders these tests and interprets results for patients. When evidence is strong, we'll say so. When it's weak or a test is mostly marketing, we'll say that too.
